Rosalind Keith 於1965年出生於英國Surrey。中學畢業後移居義大利佛羅倫斯，在Charles H. Cecil Studio學習古典肖像畫、靜物畫與人體畫技法。受佛羅倫斯濃厚藝術氛圍的影響，逐漸擺脫古典寫實主義，開始探索不同的媒材與當代風格，最終形成了獨具個人特色的藝術語言。

早期創作多以自然景觀為主，畫中的山脈與海洋靜謐寂寥，少有人跡，強調自然的孤寂與壯麗。2012年母親的去世成為創作生涯的轉折點，這段經歷促使她回到人類形體的描繪，並深入挖掘母性與情感的複雜性。近期，作品更多探討女性經驗與人際關係，展現她對情感深層的理解。

自1990年代初期以來，Rosalind 的作品多次在義大利及歐洲各地展出，並屢獲藝術競賽獎項。她的作品曾刊登於多本國內外出版物，其中兩幅被納入著名的Vittorio Sgarbi版畫與素描收藏。她的作品受到義大利及國外的私人收藏，最近更被Gubbio教區博物館納入永久收藏。

目前定居於佛羅倫斯，從當地豐富的歷史與文化中汲取靈感，持續創作。

Rosalind Keith was born in Surrey, England, in 1965. After completing secondary education, she moved to Florence, Italy, where she studied classical techniques in portraiture, still life, and figure painting at the Charles H. Cecil Studio. Immersed in Florence’s rich artistic environment, she gradually moved away from classical realism, exploring various mediums and contemporary styles, ultimately developing her own unique artistic voice.

Her early works primarily depicted natural landscapes, with serene mountains and seas often devoid of human presence, emphasizing the solitude and grandeur of nature. In 2012, the death of her mother marked a turning point in her artistic journey, prompting a return to the human form and a deeper exploration of motherhood and emotional complexity. Recently, her work has focused on the experiences of women and relationships, reflecting a profound understanding of emotional depth.

Since the early 1990s, Rosalind’s work has been featured in numerous exhibitions across Italy and other European countries, earning several awards in art competitions. Her pieces have been published in both national and international publications, with two works included in Vittorio Sgarbi’s prestigious collection of prints and drawings. Her art has been widely collected in Italy and abroad, with recent acquisitions by the Diocesean Museum of Gubbio for their permanent collection.

Currently residing in Florence, she continues to draw inspiration from the city’s rich cultural and historical heritage as she develops her ongoing work.
